Leonardo – Momento Zero Grande Thunder Celluloid Exclusive (LTD)

2020 was filled with uncertainty, a moment in history to remember. At Pen Venture, we decided to end the year with a bang: one epic exclusive fountain pen. Our partner, Leonardo Officina Italiana gave us free reign over design and all aspects for this edition.
The celluloid we used is outsourced by ourselves and it hasn’t been used by anyone in the industry until now. Striking purple shades come together in a two sided celluloid that we decided to name Thunder. Cured and worked with the highest skills in pen making by Leonardo Officina Italiana.
Momento Zero Grande Thunder comes with a set of very unique design features. The base model used is the 2019 Momento Zero Grande, while the trim design and configuration used, come from the Cuspide model. Momento Zero Grande Thunder is equipped with the 2020 in house made piston filling mechanism.
Section shape and size is very similar with the Cuspide model, accommodating one of the most epic Bock 14k Gold nibs – the size #8 with in house made ebonite feeder. The glorious #8 nib is offered in the following sizes : Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad and Stub 1.5mm.
Complementing the purple Thunder celluloid, all the trim elements are Rose Gold plated. Limited edition exclusive only at Pen Venture and numbering only 10 pieces, every pen is offered in a box along with a bottle of Leonardo Purple ink. (*pen sleeve not included, available here)
