Sailor – King of Pens Naginata Ebonite Sekkei | Limited Edition |
Part of a series that features ”Snowy Muko-Jima” by Hasui Kawase, a Ukiyo-e woodblock print depicting a beautiful snowy landscape, the King of Pens Naginata Ebonite Sekkei depicts the texture of snow with layers and layers of intricately woven colored ebonite.
The cap top features the Sailor logo, while the serial number is on the opposite side of the clip.
A limited edition of only 400 pieces available word-wide, the nib point is sharpened, resembling a long sword, with a smooth angle, performing like an architect grind but also offering line variation relative to the angle of writing, this way the nib can write thick when laid down and thin lines when the pen is upright.
Known for their long heritage of quality, excellence and technical perfection, Sailor fountain pens have been around since 1911. Manufactured exclusively in the Sailor factory in Hiroshima, Japan, their writing instruments use the highest quality materials available.
The beautiful two tone large 21k gold nib is powered by Sailor’s proprietary cartridge / converter filling system.
